Longitude coordinates can be searched on either geographic or magnetic
apex coordinates. The convention adopted here requires longtitude to be
specified between 0 to 360 degrees in a counter-clockwise direction. The
following examples illustrate the effect of different values for longitude
inputs. If the minimum value is less than the maximum value then the range
will be the inclusive set, otherwise the exclusive set will be returned.
